Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times and cost

• UK delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays and non-delivery

In the rare event your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact support@shopcurelia.com with your order number and we'll help. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Incorrect address / returned parcels

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
